Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy – PureAurum&Co

By placing an order with PureAurum&Co, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Third-Party Fulfillment
All orders are processed, handled, and shipped by an independent third-party carrier. PureAurum&Co relinquishes all responsibility and liability for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage to goods once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

Shipping Fees and Charges
All shipping and handling charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For international shipments, the customer assumes full responsibility for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by applicable authorities.

Delivery Disclaimer
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. PureAurum&Co shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond its control.

Returns and Return Shipping
All returns are subject to prior authorization and must comply strictly with PureAurum&Co’s return policy. Under no circumstances shall PureAurum&Co be responsible for, or reimburse, any return shipping costs. All return shipping fees, including but not limited to postage, duties, and associated charges, are the sole and absolute responsibility of the customer, without exception.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PureAurum&Co disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the shipment, delivery, or return of any products.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms in full.
