2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. All shipments are handled by a third-party carrier.

Q: Who is responsible for shipping issues?
A: Once your order is with the carrier, PureAurum&Co is not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages. Title and risk pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?
A: No. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

A: Returns are accepted only according to our return policy and must be pre-authorized. All items must be in their original condition.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, with no exceptions. PureAurum&Co does not reimburse any return fees.
